Lead plaintiff in childbirth class-action against former Moncton nurse dies suddenly

Lawyers in a class-action lawsuit against a former Moncton nurse are looking to replace their lead plaintiff after she died suddenly last month. Jayde Scott had been representing many mothers who say Nicole Ruest gave them labour-inducing drugs without their consent.
