'Just plain panic': Fears mount as N.B. considers restricting U.S. hunters, anglers

Hunters and anglers from the United States as well as New Brunswick outfitters say they were caught off guard by the province's move to possibly "restrict" hunting and fishing licences in response to the ongoing trade war with the United States.
