In loving memory ~
Tom was born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan to Joe and Freda McCann. He lived on the family farm in Tonkin and attended Shamrock school until the family moved to Yorkton where he attended Fairview, then Saint Joseph’s high school. In 1968 he took his RCMP training in Regina and went onto various postings in British Columbia.
