Province investing $80,000 toward community safety projects in Nanaimo

Two Nanaimo safety projects have received $80,000 in funding from the provincial government through the civil forfeiture grant program.
Announced in a provincial press release on Tuesday, June 2, both the Haven Society and Choose Respect in Relationship Society are each receiving $40,000 for local programming.
