‘Pipe dream’: Plan for ferry linking Colwood and Victoria dead in the water

The possibility of a ferry connection to Victoria is making waves once again in Colwood.
When reviewing a proposed revised plan of action for the Colwood Waterfront Stewardship Plan, Mayor Doug Kobayashi said he had cause to pause.
The word ‘ferry’ in the plan “made chills run up my back,” Kobayashi told council at the Nov. 24 meeting.
