Pedestrian seriously injured after being struck in Island crosswalk

Saanich Police are investigating a collision that left the pedestrian with serious injuries on Tuesday evening (Nov. 25).
Police say a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle as they crossed a marked crosswalk around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Quadra Street and Saanich Road.
The pedestrian sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.
