The sadness still lingers but the time has come to acknowledge the passing of Joe Krueger who left us as the sun set gently on a calm fall day one year ago.
Joe was born in Goodsoil Saskatchewan to a farming family whose parents Peter and Olga had immigrated from Germany. Joe tried teaching and various other jobs before moving to Nanaimo in 1965 to work at Harmac. He spent 35 years there where he proudly became a c
