Fraud, theft charges for Vancouver cop who runs Surrey foundation for kids

A Vancouver Police detective and the founder and CEO of Surrey-based KidsPlay Foundation was charged with fraud and theft of over $5,000 on Thursday (Sept. 3).Kal Dosanjh has been with Vancouver Police Department for over 25 years and has served in many roles, including senior detective in the Financial Crimes Unit.He has been charged with four counts of fraud, four counts of theft over $5,000 and breach of trust by a public officer.
