Family vehicle impounded after Williams Lake learner caught speeding 168 km/h

A Williams Lake family’s brand new vehicle was recently impounded for excessive speed after a learner driver was caught doing 168 kilometres an hour in a 120 km/h zone on the Coquihalla Highway.
