Business Notes: Spirit Halloween set for the scary season

Spirit Halloween Nanaimo is already busy.
The pop-up shop, located in Nanaimo North Town Centre where Urban Outfitters was once located, opened in August and manager Tara Jenson said customers have been flocking to the store ever since.
