600 B.C. properties under evacuation order, 5,700 under alerts amid wildfires

More than 33,000 lightning strikes across B.C. last week has led to an increase in the number of active wildfires in the province.There are 87 active wildfires, including four that started in the last 24 hours, as of Tuesday morning (July 21).
