Relying on charity for basic needs should not be the norm, organization's director says

Community organizations are trying to fill the growing need for school supplies, food and clothing for back-to-school season. Regroupement Partage's executive director, Anne-Marie Éthier, wrote an opinion piece in La Presse denouncing how many families relying on charities for basic needs has become normalized. She tells CBC News host Debra Arbec why she felt compelled to write the piece.
