Quebec road safety campaign aims to prevent collisions during ‘deadly’ construction holiday

Last year, the two-week construction holiday in Quebec saw the worst road safety record in a decade, with 38 deaths from 30 collisions. This year, Quebec’s auto insurance board will be driving a white hearse around the province to encourage drivers to respect the rules of the road.
