Quebec confirms 1st raccoon rabies case in stray cat

Quebec’s first case of raccoon rabies in a stray cat was confirmed last week in the Montérégie region, and now the province's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is reminding pet owners to vaccinate their pets and keep those vaccinations up to date.
