Major housing project around Panama REM station in Brossard, Que., on hold

The City of Brossard approved the first phase of the housing project last November, planning for a 30-storey tower with 325 housing units. Quebec’s pension fund manager is now suspending its investment, stating it will wait for more favourable market conditions.
