Karl Blackburn confident in his chances despite late entry into race to lead Quebec Liberal Party

Despite failing to secure the support of any of the party's current MNAs, Blackburn says he brings a strong economic point of view. The former Roberval MNA was previously the head of Quebec's biggest employers' group, the Conseil du patronat.
