Future Quebec government urged to protect 2029 Horne Smelter emissions target

The Horne Smelter in Rouyn-Noranda, Que., says the deferral given by the former government to allow the company to bring arsenic emissions down to 15 ng/m³ was necessary. Local health experts are now asking the future government to not push the deadline back any further.
