Whiteshell Provincial Park under local state of emergency after wildfire forces mandatory evacuation

A local state of emergency has come into effect at Manitoba's Whiteshell Provincial Park after extreme conditions from several out-of-control wildfires, limited road access and the death of a couple trapped in another wildfire forced the mandatory evacuation of the area by Thursday.
