Manitoba Hydro critics fuelled by data showing gas plant underperforms during winter cold snaps

Critics of Manitoba Hydro's proposed expansion of its gas-burning generating station in Brandon received fuel of their own last week when the Crown corporation revealed it had to reduce the power output at the plant during midwinter cold snaps.
