Man, 41, charged with using sledgehammer to smash window at Brandon police building

A man who smashed a window at a police building with a sledgehammer on Saturday had to be subdued with a Taser and a "less-than-lethal" firearm before he could be arrested, Brandon police say. He faces several charges.
