First Nation mourning serial killer victim Ashlee Shingoose holding 1st Red Dress Day event

A northern Manitoba First Nation is holding its first Red Dress Day event on Monday as it mourns Ashlee Shingoose, a community member who has now been identified as one of the victims of a serial killer.
