Complaints dismissed against Manitoba PCs over campaign manager, invoice from intimacy coach

Manitoba's election commissioner says the Progressive Conservative party did not break any rules by allowing its campaign manager to work on a volunteer basis or by renting a car from a company owned by an intimacy coach.
