10.5-year sentence after Edmonton woman strangled, beaten to death by neighbour

Ryan Farrell, 35, plead guilty to manslaughter after Lauren Jarvis, 27, was beaten and strangled to death in April 2023 inside the fourplex they both resided at in Westmount.
