Second person charged in 2024 Kingston death

A second person has been charged in connection to the death of Kingston’s Jordan Greene in August 2024. Seth Snyder-Stokes, 20, of Kingston was arrested and charged with manslaughter and three counts of breach of probation on Tuesday, April 15. Snyder-Stokes attended a bail hearing and was remanded into custody.
