Police investigating serious collision in Perth Road Village

A serious single-vehicle collision that led to the closure of Wilmer Road in Perth Road Village is being investigated by members of the Frontenac detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). On Sunday, July 27, 2025, shortly after 12:15 a.m., officers received reports of a single motor vehicle collision. The sole occupant of the vehicle, a 28-year-old from Perth Road, was taken to the hospital with life-altering and potentially life-threatening injuries,” OPP stated in a news release
