Needle-brandishing individual arrested in downtown Kingston

Kingston Police have arrested and charged a 34-year-old after they were found to be causing a disturbance downtown. According to police, they were called to the area of 232 Princess St. around 2:30 p.m. in regards to a individual who was waving around an uncapped needle in the middle of the road.
