Kingston Police charge 42-year-old with drug trafficking, seize $25k of cocaine in downtown raid

A 42-year-old Kingstonian has been charged with one count of drug possession for the purposes of trafficking, following an arrest at a residence near Stephen Street and Montreal Street on Thursday.
