Highway 401 traffic complaint leads to stunt driving, impaired charges

Ontario Provincial Police with the Frontenac County detachment have arrested and charged a man after receiving calls about a driver “speeding and driving aggressively” on Highway 401 near Kingston on Thursday morning. Multiple witnesses complained about the driver, who was travelling westbound on the highway just after 7 a.m. on April 17. An OPP officer located the vehicle passing Joyceville Road, where the driver was clocked at 178 kilometres per hour. The driver was arrested for s
