Former Canadian Idol winner Ryan Malcolm, Kingston real estate group find new way to stand out

For many Kingstonians — and Canadians — the name Ryan Malcolm is a familiar one. The Kingston native was the winner of the first Canadian Idol competition and later toured the world as a platinum recording artist, sharing the stage with the likes of Bon Jovi, Annie Lennox and Elton John, just to name a few.
