Driver in Kingston clocked doing 83 km/n over speed limit charged

A driver caught driving 83 km/h over the speed limit in Kingston is facing stunt driving charges as well as having their vehicle seized and their licence suspended. The incident took place just after 1 p.m. on Friday in the Front Road-Lakeview Avenue area. That’s the same area where a construction crew was working on sewer lines, and a patrol officer was also present for road safety purposes. Upon hearing the vehicle coming toward them — the crew was working on the road at the time
