Ward 5: After extreme floods, candidates agree priority is fixing city’s aging infrastructure

In St. Catharines’ Ward 5 (Grantham), three new challengers will be running against incumbent councillors with the city’s stormwater infrastructure, road conditions, traffic safety and city services as top priorities for the ward, according to candidates.
