Ward 4: Old GM site, affordability and infrastructure are top of mind for these St. Catharines candidates

In St. Catharines’ Ward 4 (St. Patrick’s), incumbent councillors will be running against three new challengers with the city’s stormwater and sanitary infrastructures, old GM site, affordable housing and a safer downtown as major challenges for the ward, according to the candidates.
