St. Catharines, Ont., to build Neil Peart memorial after donation from Rush bandmates

His whimsical lyrics about Lakeside Park in St. Catharines, Ont., formed the genesis of one of the most iconic songs of Canadian rock legends Rush, and soon Neil Peart's name will be permanently linked with the lakeside destination in another way.
