Niagara-on-the-Lake gets $145K for soccer infrastructure

The town was chosen to receive $145,000 from Airbnb’s host city fund, aimed at boosting the soccer scene in communities involved in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The money will go toward improving local soccer infrastructure at Memorial Park in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake and Centennial Sports Park in Virgil.
