Heat warning in effect for Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, as humidex rises near 40, Environment Canada says

The Hamilton, Niagara and Brant regions are under a heat warning, expecting to see temperatures of up to 32 C and humidex of 40 on Tuesday and Wednesday, Environment Canada said.
