Hamilton mayor-elect says he'll appoint Chris Murray as acting city manager until new hire is complete

Mayor-elect Keanin Loomis said Friday he'll appoint Chris Murray as Hamilton's new acting city manager. Murray was Hamilton's city manager from 2009 to 2018 and Toronto's from 2018 to 2022. Loomis has said hiring a new city manager will be "the first, most important, thing I get to do."
