Cities may be going too easy on coyotes, researcher says

A new research paper suggests Toronto needs to revamp its approach to coyote control in a way that's raising the hackles of some animal lovers and advocates. The study's lead author says coyotes that become a persistent nuisance should be euthanized and suggests the city waits too long before exercising that option.
