Sudbury man attacks roommate during argument over marijuana

A Sudbury man has avoided jail despite attacking and threatening to snap the neck of his roommate a year ago during an argument over marijuana. “I am grateful for the suspended sentence and probation,” Justin Taylor, 25, told Ontario Court Justice Michelle Rocheleau. “I have tried to control my emotions.
