Racing complaint leads to charges against Sudbury man

North Bay OPP officers have charged a Sudbury man with driving a motorcycle in Port Loring even though he was prohibited from driving.On July 7, at about 11 a.m., the North Bay OPP officers were conducting patrols on Highway 522 when they were approached by a member of the public reporting motorcycles racing in the area.Port Loring is south of Sudbury and halfway between highways 69 and 11.Officers subsequently located a motorcycle being pushed northbound along the travelled portion of Highway
