Program to support Black businesses in Sudbury gets $1.2 million

The Afro-Heritage Association of Sudbury is getting $1.2 million from the federal government to help Black entrepreneurs and business owners in Sudbury succeed.“This strong show of support from FedNor and the Government of Canada means we can continue to address some of the long-standing challenges Black entrepreneurs face when launching or expanding a business,” Chamirai Charles Nyabeze, CEO of the Northern Ontario Black Economic Empowerment Program , said in a release. “This
