When Andrew Faulkner left a Sudbury home earlier this year, he had been drinking. Concerned, his partner called Greater Sudbury Police. In Sudbury court, the Dubreuilville man was fined $2,000 and lost his driver’s licence for 18 months. “Mr. Faulkner: have you taken any type of counselling since this incident?” Ontario Court Justice Pierre Bradley asked Faulkner.
