No headlights gives ATV driver away in Espanola 

One person is facing charges after police stopped an ATV driver in Espanola. On Sept. 16 at approximately 2 a.m., the Manitoulin Detachment of the OPP were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere check on Centre Street in Espanola.  Officers observed an ATV travelling with no headlights. Police stopped the driver and arrested him for driving while prohibited.
  Additionally, police seized an amount of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of $43.
