Impaired driver ditches ankle-tracking device before fleeing, OPP allege

A French River man who allegedly removed a tracking device from his ankle before fleeing from a home was driving drunk when stopped on Highway 69, OPP officers say. It’s the latest brush with the law for Tyler Cucksey, 37. In a release, police said officers received a call around 10:50 p.m. on April 15 about “an individual who removed a court-ordered tracking device from their ankle and fled from a residence on William Street, French River. “Police located and stopped the vehi
