Federal election 2025: Why immigration is important to Sudbury

Navneet Parmar is a busy man these days. He is teaching four courses at Cambrian College and working full-time at Aaron Taxi. Parmar, 34, is a newcomer success story. He first immigrated to Canada in September 2022 with his wife, Anuradha, and their son, Poorav, who is now five years old. He landed his first job in Canada at the Linen Chest, and then he was hired by Aaron Taxi in October 2022 as a cab driver.On his first-ever ride, Parmar experienced a moment that cemented his love for Canada.
