Extendicare Countryside in Sudbury says it is taking steps to address concerns

Extendicare Countryside says it is adding staff, beefing up management and opening lines of communication with residents and their families to improve care at the nursing home.In response to concerns, the Ministry of Long-Term Care notified Extendicare Countryside that it must pause new admissions effective Aug 7.However, in an email statement, Countryside said that “we have an action plan in place and are working in partnership with the Ministry to address concerns.” Completed item
