Defence to call expert witness for Sudbury man caught in luring sting

A Sudbury man who attempted to lure a girl into sex using social media will now be sentenced on March 9. Colin Amer’s case had been delayed because his lawyer, Laurie Galway, will be calling an expert witness who had compiled a risk assessment report on her client.
