Breaking: Sudbury businessman cleared on 35 counts of fraud

Justice Sharon Murphy has cleared Sudbury businessman David Murray of all 35 counts of fraud he was facing. Justice Murray delivered her not guilty verdicts this morning. Murray, who owned and operated EcoLife Home Improvements, was charged after clients alleged they paid for improvements to their homes or businesses, but the work was never done or completed. The estimated total value of the alleged frauds was $800,000. More to come.
