Home prices in Grande Prairie continue to trend upwards: AREA Report

Prices for properties in the Grande Prairie real estate market continued to trend upward in April.According to the latest report from the Alberta Real Estate Association, in April the total average price for the area was $334,390, which is a 6.2 per cent increase.
