Rental vacancies surging in northern Alberta town, realtor says

Some homeowners in the town of High Level, Alta., have been struggling to sell their properties following the loss of major employer earlier this year. Longtime realtor Margaret Carroll says the rental market is wide open in the town of over 4,000.
