Cold Lake continues fight over military base taxes

An Alberta city says it is still looking to recoup millions in missing tax dollars, more than a year after a federal appeals court ruled in its favour.The dispute is with the federal government over Payments in Lieu of Taxes (PILT) for CFB Cold Lake and the City of Cold Lake said a new decision still hasn’t been made.
